Comfy swaddle! Software flaw.

Our daughter needs motion to sleep. She only sleeps in the 4Moms bassinet that has 5 motion settings of varying intensity. Your software is unable to track a moving baby regardless of the motion. Therefore, the tracking software will always indicate “baby is moving” instead of “breaths/min”. Another thing that recently irritated me was the fact that Insights were removed from the travel base station when connected. Perhaps once my daughter is old enough to sleep in her crib, I can see if the breathing bands are worth using but at this stage, your software can’t get a good enough reading for her breathing. The owlet sock on the other hand is directly attached to her so even though the crib is moving, she is not. Owlet sock is extremely effective in this setting. These swaddles are very comfy and well designed. Would love to have been able to get more use out of them but Nanit Breathing wear is just not compatible with an active motion bassinet such as the 4moms one.

The perfect swaddle

We've come to love all things nanit and these swaddles are no different. Our little one grew up quite fast and we didn't want to constrict her little legs any longer, so we decided to buy these larger swaddles that she can use before she's able to flip over. Overall, these are very good quality (as with everything nanit makes), the zipper is durable, and the size is perfect for our little girl.

Swaddle is great by itself

Swaddle is great by itself a sa swaddle. Easy to put on. Having the breathing monitoring is of great relief when baby sleeps and we are watching tv on another room.

Velcro no longer works

After about 6 weeks of use the Velcro no longer works on the swaddle. The small is also extremely small.

Wish that a transitional swaddle/sleep

Wish that a transitional swaddle/sleep sack was offered. My little one sleeps in the sleep sack at night and has been sleeping in the swaddle during the day, but is always trying to pull a hand out.

Love it but I noticed it shrinks in the dryer. Yes I use the drier cause I only have one swaddle that my baby uses daily

Overall good, needs some improvements

Material is high quality, but it’s quite challenging to put on. I would prefer the zipper to be in the middle, not on the side. The velcro works great though.
My 2 month old wiggles his arms out very easily, and it’s too soon to switch him to a sleeping bag/ breathing band. This leaves us with no other choices, since we cannot put the band on another type of a swaddle. It’s limiting if we want to use the breathing monitor function.
Size is ok for now, but the swaddle will be short soon and we will have to switch to another brand or a sleeping bag.
