I’ve only been using it a couple of weeks, I’m not rough on phones by any means but the softer part of my case, on the front side of the phone around the edges is peeling off and it definitely doesn’t look very good. But other than that, it does it’s job

Bought this a couple weeks ago. I've had it a little over a week now and like it pretty well. It' so much lighter than the Defender Series cases I've used for years. The old defender case was so heavy that it would actually drag my pants down. This is light and easy to carry. Concerns: 1. Without built-in screen protection, I'm constantly worrying about dropping it and damaging the screen (I purchased a 3rd party screen protector); 2. when I'm listening to music on my phone and it's in the belt clip on my belt, it has a tendency to accidentally increase the volume significantly when I bend over in my office chair (literally blasts me out, hurting my ears); 3. Front protection in general scares me a bit (I'm not so sure that it could handle front facing drop like the defender has done on numerous occasions; and 4. There is no Otter box belt clip for this case (at the time of purchase), forcing me to buy a 3rd party case. I purchased this case for my work phone (iPhone 8), so a belt clip was important. I also don't like carrying my phone in my pocket, so a belt clip was a must.

I loved my first Otter Box and held onto it until the plastic started breaking off -- even though the rubber inner shell was still intact. My new Otter Box arrived in the mail and I let it sit, unopened, for a week. I finally broke down, opened the box and voila! It was love at first fit! I love the sleekness of my new Otter Box. I'm so glad you took off that little flap that used to cover the charger plug in outlet. I look forward the many years of protection that Otter Box is famous for! Thank you for producing an attractive and functional product!

I have always bought Otterbox covers and they have always come with a screen protector in the box. I purchased this for my nephew for Christmas, there was no screen protector in the box, very disappointing as every other case I have purchased has come with one included in the box. The cases are first class however this order has fallen well short of my expectations due to the fact no screen protector was included, an integral part of the package for a young person with a phone! Severely disappointed by this Otterbox.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you are looking to add a premium level of protection to that device, we'd suggest checking out Amplify and Alpha Glass, as they are designed specifically with those cases in mind!

Your product is terrific and just what one expects of OtterBox. However, in this world of same-day or 2-day delivery, your shipping stinks. Nothing should take 10 days to deliver, and I took away a star for that reason.

Ordered this case for my 13 year old. He loved the marble design and was thrilled for a day. On the second day of using the case, the pop socket broke. I tried to replace through the warranty program, but it say's it's "discontinued." This is the first issue I've ever had with OtterBox cases. I'm sure once I reach out to CS they will be able to assist with a replacement.
