I bought this product two weeks ago and two days into using it, the popsocket broke off. I also noticed that my phone could not be charged wirelessly with the case on, as stated in the description. I know it's not my wireless charger because I have an old Otterbox case that I've been using and it works perfectly fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like this Otterbox for the protection but over all I would prefer it be a little bulkier without covering up the front of the iPhone so you have full access to the screen. I like something a little bulkier so I have an easier time handling the phone.
Also with all Otter-boxes I wish they would have a rubber backing so they don’t slip off of surfaces. Thats the main reason I purchase other brands. An Otterbox is very easy to slide off of any surface due to the slick backing.
