Hard to charge wirelessly

Love otter box. Love the case. But hard to charge wirelessly. I use to just sit my phone down and go. Now I have to make sure it’s on there just right to charge. And doesn’t seem to charge as quickly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

While that case is compatible with wireless charging, some PopTop materials may require removal for the best charging experience. Additionally, you may notice variations in performances between different chargers. I bought this Defender to upgrade from my previous Defender because it had the pop stand feature. Same great product but I wanted the pop stand. Gave the old Defender to my neighbor for his iPhone.

Pop socket doesn’t stick out far enough

Pop socket sits into case to be flush (good), but it doesn’t pop out far enough to be used as a stand and phone falls over (bad).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When using the built-in PopSocket as a stand, we usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out, then angling one side up. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we suggest having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface.

Not sure I love it

I love the color, I love the fact that the pop socket is attached so I don’t have to worry about it falling off like it did on my old phone case. What I don’t like is that you have to open the pop socket to get it to sit in the pop socket holder. I thought that the instructions for the base said to not open the pop socket when using the base - but that is impossible with this case. This means my phone flops around a lot when I’m driving. It no longer sits flush with the base and so the angle makes it hard to read the gps sometimes.
