Happy until pop socket broke

Originally I really liked the base, great for being outside a lot in Colorado. I had only had it a few months when the pop socket broke off of the case. I have looked all over and not been able to find a way to reattach the pop socket, without replacing the entire case. Regret this purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this for my iPhone 10s max. The placement of the pod would not work to prop the phone up with landscape or portrait. The pod was comfortable holding, but I wanted something to prop up the phone and this did not work.

It says that it supports wireless charging but it does not! I went to bed last night on 80% charge and woke up with it on 26%! This isn't that first time but I thought that I didn't have it on the charger properly the last time. This time I made sure to see the charging symbol on my phone and nope, Obviously you can still use a wired charger but I bought it because of the Pop Socket and its ability to charge wirelessly. Wasted my money!

Are you charging the case with the PopTop attached? If you are experiencing interference in this position, we would recommend removing the PopTop, and then reapplying when charging is complete. If this doesn't do the trick, please feel welcome to call our Otter experts at 1-855-688-7269, and they'll be more than happy to troubleshoot the issue!

The quality of the Otter box is great. My issue is that because the Pop Socket is recessed my finger rides much higher on the Pop Socket than a regular Pop Socket and the plastic lip at the top of the Pop Socket hurts my finger. Not happy with this design. It needs to be changed.

The box says that the pop socket is interchangeable but it is not. You are only able to use the ordered pop socket and cannot switch them out as the box and online description states.

To remove that PopTop, we suggest pressing down on the it while twisting to unlock it. If you're having trouble doing that, give us a ring at 1-855-688-7269, and we can get you helped out.
