I bought this case for my new iPhone SE. I like the built in pop socket. The case is durable but a bit bulky. The Touch ID does not work at all with the phone in this case which is a major issue for me. Simply because of that I’ll have to find a different case.

Hi Judd,
We're so sorry this Otter + Pop Defender Series case isn't delivering the seamless interaction you were hoping for.
This is strange because we designed this fingerprint film with careful precision and thought, so functionality shouldn't be an issue. If you're game, we'd love to look into this below before you give up on this Defender!
I like it for the protection for sure but I don’t like how easy stuff gets under the screen cover. It’s not easy to take on and off (For protecting the phone from impacts) all the time to clean it out. That is the only negative I have found. I would buy another one just like it but doesn’t have the screen cover
I bought this case in blue with the swapable pop-socket for my iPhone SE (2nd gen). I am super clumsy and tend to drop my phone a lot but Otter Box Defender cases have saved my iPhones in the past. The case color selection could be better but the blue case is a good color. I really do love having a pop socket on my Otter Box defender.
I love how protective this case is. My sole complaint is I turn my phone sound off every night so getting my fat finger into the side where you push down the button to turn off the sound is a pain. Otherwise, GREAT case.
Now I have NO worries about dropping my iphone! I can hold it easily and set it on edge to take videos. And it looks classy - black with a pretty daisy pop socket!
This case is not what I was hoping it would be. The pop socket is horrible. It is always falling off. And it isn’t strong enough to hold my phone up. It always falls over when I’m using it to watch something. Definitely not worth the price I paid for it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, Auggie!
We're sorry to hear that you're not loving your Otter + Pop Defender Series case. While using that OtterBox as a stand, we usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out then angling one side up. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface.
If that PopTop is falling off due to an issue with the case, please reach out to our Customer Service Team through the link below. If it's a problem with the actual PopTop, then feel free to contact PopSocket's CS team here: https://help.popsockets.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
