My item arrived quickly, was the perfect color, and I LOVED the pop-socket option. Otter boxes are a bit bulky, of course, but I am clumsy and this saves my phone every single time.

I love the flat design of the built in Pop Socket and the fact that it won't come off. I love having the ability to change the cover design as well. The only negative I have found is that my phone is NOT as secure in my Pop Socket brand stick on car mount. My old pop socket would snap in and felt secure. This design doesn't allow that same secure mounting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sturdy and nice color. Only issue is it doesn’t work very well with wireless charging. I think the pop socket keeps it from making a strong connection.

Useful but expensive with problems

This is my second case. I paid less for my first case, so I didn’t feel as bad about the issues, but it wore out over time. But both cases had these issues:
1. Typing inaccuracies - honestly, I don’t know if it’s the case or the phone itself, but it’s probably a combination of both.
2. Dust and hair gets under the screen. I hate having to open the case to clean it. This was the major issue with my first case. After a while, the rubber stretched out and dirt collected on the plastic case. It’s annoying.
3. The cover for the home button bubbles up and then the phone stops recognizing your finger for unlocking the device. I had to tear out the cover in my last screen protector and I might have to do it with this one too.

Disappointing

I shouldn’t even write this review because I don’t think it will help but here goes. Bought this around Christmas 2020. It doesn’t recognize my finger/thumb print consistently. It also takes extra effort to get key pad etc... to work properly. The web site said it was compatible with the glass phone screen protector but I wish I didn’t buy and install both glass and phone case. It always gets dust and dirt between the protector screen and the glass phone protector cover so I have to take it apart all the time to clean and due to that it is now cracked. i wish I’d just got a basic phone case
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does the job

Listen, I don’t understand all the bad reviews. It works fine. I have not too small fingers and the Pop Top feels slightly tight, so this might not do well with all y’all with fat fingers unless maybe you use the tips of yall’s fat fingers. It has the older Otterbox insignia, which is dated, but I’m cool with having a new Otterbox without the having to stick/glue Pop Socket.
I would recommend this to a friend!
