Every time I purchase a new phone, I do not leave the store without it being in an Otterbox!!
I had one a couple years back & drove off with it on my bumper!! I know....Yikes!!! Well, the phone was run over! Broke the case but the phone was not touched!! I called Otterbox to get another one. In the process I told them the story & would u believe , they sent me a new one at NO CHARGE!!!! Wow!! Now that is some customer service right there!!
I will continue to use nothing but Otterbox. That’s for sure!!

I contacted customer serive and they we out of holsters and mine had broke so I decided to order a new otter box and I ordered Otter box with a pop on the back. It shows up and it didn't come with a holster. I was mad at first thought about sending it back but my old one looked so bad. So I put it on the screen protector is better and my iPhone handles my touch a lot better now. Still wouldn't have bought this with out a holster but its a good case.

I got this for my husband who can break anything. I'm impressed that it is so sturdy. This should be the case that lets me stop replacing phones because of broken screens, etc. He especially likes the pop feature as he has trouble with arthritic hands.
