I bought 2 of the thin ones that are great, I bought 4 of expensive ones. I ended up giving them away. Hard to change and one the case cracked stretching it. The main reason of complaining is that even tough it is the best shock and Greatest Grip!! When you type on the plastic shield, the wrong letter comes up, or it does not register. The largest problem is that if you are trying to type P L Q on the sides , the cover block it unless you stop and purposely hit it!! THE LARGEST PROBLEM!! If you want to scroll up from bottom to Set the Light and Volume!! The case covers it so you must use Settings. I love ALL your Products, that is why I purchased the different colors, But no one that was a amateur was asked to test it. Thanks for asking , And I will always be a loyal customer. Keep in mind, if you're using and additional screen protector on your device alongside the one built into your Defender Series case, that may be causing those sensitivity issues. I had always bought the more expensive brand. I bought my husband an otter box because he was having trouble with the other brand. He spoke highly of his case so I bought myself an otter box with a pop socket. Don’t really care about the pop socket but love the case.
