I had an Otter Box case before and I loved. When I got a new iPhone 8 plus I got a different case because it was less expensive, but look sturdy. The first time I dropped the phone, the case cracked, so back to Otter Box I went, even though it is costly, it is worth it.

I have had one Otter box before this one and i loved the first one too. The rubbery material on this new one seems more durable and I love the pop out stand thingy. There is no need to buy phone insurance if you have this case. It rocks!

Port is covered, very important (in the past i needed to empty the port by wooden stick every two months or so...).
Rubber makes phone easy to hold.
Pop-socket is really needed for plus size phone!

I love my Otterbox Defenders. Over the years they have saved my phones from destruction. Could it get any better? YES!! The +Pop feature is AWESOME. The safety and protection of the Defender case with the usefulness and comfort of the Pop Socket...it can't get any better! Well, it does with the Olaf Pop image on it. ❤️
