[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first design charger lasted less than 2 months. A 6 amp battery lasted 3 weeks. Sent back. This charger I paid for. I wanted a charger replacement but the Hoover support person said "oh no you need a battery". The battery costs 3 times the price of the charger so I agreed. But guess what ,on warranty replacement order since December 22nd. Still has not shipped. It has taken 4 weeks to ship anything.
