Great except for noises and water buildup

We’ve had the undercounter dual-drawer refrigerator now for four months. The temp stays at a constant 38°F —perfect for keeping beverages cold. But there are a couple of issues: we hear constant popping and cracking noises coming from the unit, and every couple days we have to mop up (with paper towels) water in the upper drawer. Can we get an answer or recommended fix?

Very convenient small refrigerator

Great little refrigerator. Keeps the temperature you set. Convenient storage rails for things like beverages, and where you want to separate items. Had to make some small adjustments to the cabinet to fit properly, but not difficult to do.

nice drawers for the price with some drawbacks

I needed to replace subzero refrigerator drawers but since I'm moving soon didn't want to spend 6K +. I found these and while they are clearly not as good and do not have dual temperature control, the price was great. The biggest issue is that you have to have the same temperature for both drawers. I keep milk in the top and fruit in the bottom and I like my milk cold, but then it's too cold for fruit. Also because they have removable shelving it decreases the amount of room. While I have removed the shelving, the framework for the shelving remains and it takes up room. All in all these are good if you want a mid line product. Also I can't seem to get my temperature higher than 34 degrees.

Perfect basement drink refrigerator until it completely iced over and the control panel stopped working after only a couple years. Expected more for this price point.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is an appliance that I never knew I needed and I absolutely love it! It keeps extra drinks cold and provides extra storage for special occasions when more space is needed. It looks great too!
