Great product but show us how to use it

The oven works great as a microwave. We have used many of the special features. Some were highly useful while others less so. It's getting better as we become more familiar with the features it has. We've watched several videos and learned learned a great deal about everything it can do.
GE could increase customer satisfaction by providing a good users guide or videos with the oven. What videos they have leaves much to be desired. You've already sold us a great product, but now help us to be able to use it to its full potential.

Nice Idea, But Proceed With Caution

We ordered this oven almost exactly two years ago. It arrived about a year later. Then, the contractor waited several months before installing it two months ago. Needless to say, we are well out of warranty. That's unfortunate because this thing is wonderful but BUGGY. Sometimes, the screen freezes. Yesterday, we had to use our breaker box to turn off the electricity to reset the oven. This is something that happens often. We've also had lots of issues with our Café fridge, which, thankfully, went on the fritz while under warranty. (A technician has been to our house four times to try and fix the refrigerator. He was just here three days ago, so we'll see if this time, the fix sticks.) I love how Café appliances look, and they work great when they work. But unfortunately, they're so computerized that they are full of errors and require rebooting. I like using this thing as both a microwave and an oven ... but there are definitely some kinks to work out. A manual reboot button would be a lifesaver.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recently renovated our kitchen and purchased this Cafe microwave due to the many cooking features. So far we love it and it heats our food much faster than our previous microwave.

Stopped working after 1 week!

Have had this oven for one week and the control screen went black. Already have a service appointment and a useless oven until it can be fixed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible experience

Waited three months for this item. As it was being installed, we could see it clearly had major cosmetic flaws all across the door. The entire front is puckered and it looks like a hail damaged car! The installer thought it looked terrible, too. Also, one of the menu options is missing even though we did a software update right away. We had to call in the issues, send pictures and get approval for replacement. now, weeks later we’re being told we’ll have to wait another 6-8 weeks for replacement. Oh, and the same story applies to the lower oven. Is this really what it’s like buying new appliances now. Wow. Seriously disappointed.

I have had my advantium for about 3 weeks and absolutely love it! I have had other "combi-ovens " before but none worked so well and were so easy to use. I have tried most of the features: microwave, steam clean, convection, precision cook, melt, soften, bake, proof, crisp reheat, broiling...and on and on! My friends think I'm crazy that I'm "gushing" over an oven, but, I love it. Wish I had gotten it sooner. I already discovered some settings that work very well for other foods. In fact it has inspired me to write a companion COOKBOOK for it.

I love this multi talented oven!

I haven't found anything I can't achieve with this oven, in fact, I'm sure I still don't use it to it's full potential. The built in programs are great, cook times are accurate, makes the best grilled sandwiches and my husband can make his jalapeno poppers in about 4 mins.
The ONLY drawback for me is I haven't been able to get the inside as clean as I'd like.
