This set was very easy to put together and is extremely fun to play with. It is also very sturdy.

After getting the Rocket Assembly & Transport I decided to get the rest of the Lego City Space sets. I have always enjoyed space toys and I was excited to start this build. It comes with many added accessories that enhance the set. Not very difficult to assemble but I like to take my time to ensure that I assemble it correctly. Sometimes I get ahead of the instructions and end up redoing some of the steps. It is a very nice set and should keep you busy playing with it for hours.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good set - Good Value

Pretty straight forward build with terrific instructions. It however does not meet my expectations, and truly is a bit of a letdown as far as the structural integrity of the build. I am let down by the fact that when one lifts the rocket off the pad, the arms that fall to the side tend to fall off completely.
Perhaps the holding power of the bricks is too small for the length of the arm. Levers, it's a heck of a moment being generated at the bottom of those arms.
Anyway, lots of enjoyment, just not to the level I've come to expect from Lego.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Oh no! We're sorry you’re having some difficulty keeping the set together. We always test and retest our toys to make sure that they’ll hold up to play when they’re built exactly as shown in the instructions.
If your space shuttle ever seems like it's not very sturdy, the best thing to do is double-check your build. Sometimes there may be a piece just a little off from where it should be. You’ll also want to make sure that all the pieces are pressed tightly together.
If you'd like a hand troubleshooting the build, or if you find that any pieces aren't holding together as they should, feel free to give us a shout at LEGO.build/Service-BV.

Fuel tank failure

The set would be great, if the nose comes stayed on the booster engines. You look at them and they fall off. It’s kind of annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The deep space rocket and launch control is a Lego that is fun to build and a nice toy . I like it because it helps children experience building as a beginner.
