A Massive Improvement

The previous Kylo Ren's shuttle was very disappointing. The key feature of the set was missing: angular wings.
This set addresses that immediately. The engineering used to get this mechanic to work is oddly satisfying. The only issue is that the wings are always at the mercy of gravity when angled outwards. I wish there was a built in function that prevents this such as the mechanism in the Tie Striker from 2016 (75154).
Other than that, the minifigures are superb, the build is satisfying, and the play-ability is bar-none.
4/5 because of annoying gravity problem with wings.

Kylo Ren's Shuttle

It's a pretty big set. The wings are better then the first Command Shuttle and more flexible. The Kylo Den figure looks cool with the red cracks. Mine came with the angry side of his face uneven. The knights of ren figures are my favorite. The weapons are long but they look nice. The sith trooper looks nice with his red armor and unique blaster. The General Pryde figure and regular trooper are ok. The ship only fits 3 figures. The back part of the ship doesn't hold any figures because it has the spring that moves the wings. Overall it's a good ship and a fun build.

Massive, awesome

I was not expecting this set to be so large, in a really good way. The build process was fun and the play features of this thing are crazy. Exceptional minifig selection as well

great set few issues

this set was epic, and figures great, but with a few design flaws. it was incredibly top heavy and I had a hard time managing it while moving with the wings out. it was also a little hard to build the wings with several pieces breaking off and more refusing to go in. the wings are basically at the whims of gravity. also I'm not a big fan of the only 3 mining cockpit the size of the set is just too large in my opinion. I also bought the Sith trooper battle pack with it and it makes some cool pictures/ stop motions

A perfect recreation of Kylo Ren's shuttle

I remember when people immediately got on Lego for the inaccurate design of the 2016-2017 Kylo Ren's shuttle. However, this set here, fixes everything! The wings come out and they fold into the position they should be when you're landing it. I do wish there were two first order stormtroopers and two sith troopers to add even more value but the minifigure count is great. I would have to say the best thing about this set is how sturdy it is. The night I was taking it upstairs to put on my dresser, I tripped and dropped it. Despite it sitting dead first into the edge of the stair, not a single piece fell off the set which surprised me greatly so this set's design overall was well thought out

Looks more like the version in the movie

Kylo Ren’s shuttle is an enjoyable build. Decent size and an excellent selection of minifigures. The wings can extend for flight. The mechanism used is simple and effective. The inside of the cockpit has space for 3 minifigures. There is no additional interior space. You cannot see the minifigures from the cockpit but the transparent red bricks are a nice touch to the look of the design. There is even a small boarding ramp that can be deployed. It is unusable but this is a nice touch. This set doesn’t have any stickers which I always enjoy. The color change from the 2015 set is nice to see and overall this model is closer to the movie version.

Impressive Build

This set will definitely show you the power of the Dark Side!
I finished the the building process of the shuttle in 3 short hours. I’m impressed by the size of the shuttle’s wings, and they fold inward for easy storage! The minifigures are very interesting as well. The Supreme Leader Kylo Ren and the Knights of Ren look very intimidating when displayed together. I would recommend this set to everyone!

Kyle Ren’s Rickety Canoe

I bought this for my son and helped him assemble it. I would describe the build experience as frustrating at best. Specifically bag 7 with the red supports: if you miss one of the pivots you’ll be taking the wing apart to get it out.
Play value will be limited because of how flimsy the assembled set feels. If you fold the wing tip down incorrectly plates will go flying. The entire thing rattles like a mid 80’s sedan. I’ve found this to be true of many of the Star Wars builds, though. The design team for these sets should go visit with the Creator Expert team. Every time I’ve assembled a Star Wars set I feel as if I need to go get extra vaccinated beforehand. All of my Creator sets feel extra solid. Even the Space Station feels more solid, and it’s nothing but pieces sticking out.
At least it didn’t have stickers (I’m looking at you, upcoming Razor Crest.)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
