Great replica, but...

Pro: It is an amazing replica of the actual building. If you're a NYC fan, this is for you!
Con: It is extremely repetitive and becomes a boring build. My least favorite of the Architecture sets and I have nearly all of them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
