[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One and 1 1/2 weeks after I installed the ovens I tried the bottom oven for the first time, the bottom oven does not work.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use
Cons: Flimsy Construction

Would be 5 stars, BUT……

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE these ovens, but I had a situation where the circuit panel melted. I roasted some bones in the top oven, which caused the lower oven to lock. Had to call service for it as I could not open it. Apparently, smoke, grease & heat escaped to the panel, which sits right above the upper oven. It was advised not to roast meats in that upper oven by the tech who repaired it & replaced the circuit board. Not enough insulation to protect it. He has seen this issue before with this oven.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use
Cons: Leaks
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful Ovens!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though the ovens were installed just a few weeks ago, I love how quiet they are, even in convection mode! The oven racks are super heavy duty and love that when being pulled out, they stay level and the two major racks are locked in place ,so no accidental falling out. Having the third rack is great when doing cookies or other sheet tray baking. The electronics are easy to use for setting the temp and timer. The doors are solid with a great grip on the handle. Very happy with our purchase.
