needed repair from day 1 still not 100%

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] there is a problem with the control board. The microwave thinks it is turned on when it's not so it won't turn on because it thinks it is on- and it will keep playing the chime to let you know it is finished when you are not even using it. It will sometimes chime every 15 min for hours. We have had the entire board replaced after several other visits from repair company. We just had the last repair a week or so ago- today it started again- IT IS STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Unstable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed easily and was up and running in minutes. Still figuring out what it will do, so far very happy. One question however, the oven door would not stay open so I had to use some weight to counter balance and hold the door in the open position, is something missing on my oven?
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use

Would not buy it again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first one we had broke down with in 3 months. Had repair people out 5 different times. Replace almost everything inside. Finally they replaced it. The second one started to act up 6 months after it was put in. We are just waiting for it to break down. We will replace it with a big box store appliance. Thought we were buying a high quality product.
