Great features but disappointing quirks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this unit 3 months. I love that the microwave doubles as a small convection oven. Leftover restaurant fish and chips taste great heated in the convection oven. We’ve had some problems with the electronics that are very disappointing. We expected better from JennAir. The unit chimes at random — sometimes every 20 or 30 minutes— day and night. Occasionally the microwave buttons and displays don’t work, and we have to shut the unit off and restart it to get it to work. We’re waiting on our service appointment for these repairs. I hope they will be able to correct these problems.
One thing we don’t like is the method of setting times on this unit. You have to scroll down to the time you want. That’s a bother. A digital keypad would be so much handier and quicker to use.

It stopped working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After less than 2 weeks the whole oven/microwave quit working. No power. The breaker was fine. It was the internal working of the oven that just quit. We had to do without an oven and microwave for 5 days because of some internal problem in this brand-new oven.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Unstable

Beautiful and functional!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchase this oven for a second home. I used it a few times before I returned to my primary residence and absolutely loved it! Love the racks! Have never had racks that roll out so easily! It is also very beautiful to look at!

Serious quality issue. Repair on Day 1

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to call in the repair service right after the combo was installed. The microwave’s air blower was defective which makes very loud noise. The oven glass was shattered and new oven door had to be ordered. It took 2 weeks before I was able to use my brand new appliance which already had multiple replacement parts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wall oven/micro combo is awesome! Three racks in the oven and two that glide in & out! Very sturdy, even with a Thanksgiving turkey! So much quality! Love the chimes for the timer, and microwave and the clock setting for the seasons! LOVE it! all!!
