Underwhelming and Overpriced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven is visually appealing and I love the slide out racks. The oven takes a ridiculous amount of time to preheat. The convection setting is uneven in cooking and doesn't seem all that hot, forget about using the recipe converter option, in my opinion it’s just not needed. The microwave is okay but also underwhelming at just 900 watts. It seems like they tried to make it all a little too fancy with too many bells and whistles and forgot about the actual cooking performance. I don’t think it’s worth the price.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When it works it is fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the microwave/oven and it was installed by the contractor a few weeks ago. We have had several problems with the oven where it will start, then shut off and not work again until we shut off the circuit breaker, then turn it back on. At that point the oven/microwave will work again. The last time this happened we were 5 minutes away from having several people to our house to see our kitchen remodel and new appliances.
Needless to say we were on pins and needles hoping it would work after we shut off the circuit breaker and then turned it back on.
On at least 2 other occasions we had virtually the same issue when using the microwave.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Unstable, Hard To Use

Great Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The clean lines, and touch screen make this visually beautiful. The screen is intuitive and easy to use. The build quality is top notch, as the doors and racks are substantial. Nothing cheap-looking here. My only complaint involves the pre-heat function. It is incredibly slow, however a rapid preheat option is available.
