Beautiful but flawed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New home new appliances august 2022. Computer board errors oven temp wouldn’t regulate, delayed ignition in oven & burners. A month to get a service person then a month to get the part. Seems to be working. Box surface is level but Burner grates are not. Oven floor level but racks are not.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use
Cons: Difficult To Clean
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
