Don't confuse price tag with quality or service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice looking range, very commercial, with lots of features. Unfortunately several haven't worked since install and service was unable to fix them. Now both ovens have had temperature control issues (off by over 100 degrees and vary +/- 25 degrees while cooking. Our first service call took three weeks to get here, couldn't fix the problem, and we are still down. It has been nearly a month and we don't even have an appointment for a fix.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Unstable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
