Questionable quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our house was a new build. We chose JennAir for the look and, what we thought, was reliability. Imagine my surprise when, after the first time I used the self cleaning cycle, 8 months after we closed on the house, the oven stopped working. The thermal fuse has popped and had to be replaced. I was more surprised to learn that this happens more frequently than one would hope.
Pros: Attractive Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The oven controllers are terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The control panel to run the oven and microwave is terrible. It is extremely slow. It won’t allow you to time in a run time. You have to scroll up or down to select the minutes and seconds.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design
Cons: Unstable, Hard To Use
