Hard to use Touch Screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful unit but it very hard to use touch screen and enter cook times. You must use a scroll feature only. They have ability for a digital time entry but is limited to timer only. Not for setting oven or microwave cook time! It can be unresponsive at times and took me 2 weeks and 3+ hours with customer service to get the unit to work on WiFi. With some improvements to the UX would be amazing Unit. Hopefully can fix with a software release in the future.
Pros: Attractive Design, Compact, Quality Construction
Cons: Hard To Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

JennAir oven combo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in early March and it was delivered mid September. Idlers Home installed it and tested it before turning it over to me. It's very easy to use, even for my 93 year old mother! It has wifi compatibility that works well. The oven is very quiet and the microwave doesn't leak microwaves (because any cordless earphones are not disturbed during its usage.) The Schotts glass on the interior is easy to clean and looks good. Two of the shelves are assisted one is not. The elements are on the top of the oven so the bottom is easy to clean. The display on the exterior is easy to see and use and it's kind of fun to change up the picture of the clock theme. My only complaint is that the stainless steel streaks even when using a high end stainless steel cleaner. It was an expensive investment but well worth it. I haven't had the chance to use the extras that came with the microwave but will be during the holidays.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a month ago. So far it has met all expectations and more. It feels sturdy yet all components slide/open easily. The only thing that is odd is the placement of the temperature probe plug-inside the oven.
