My second JennAir coffee system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My original JennAir coffee system brewed many cups over the past 4-5 years. It was time for an update and I have enjoyed the new improved model. It have really cool digital choices of the various coffee styles you can make. Different cup size and boldness choices. You will enjoy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in anticipation of a planned kitchen remodel, so at the moment it sits on my counter top. Even though it's not built in yet, we use it several times a day and absolutely love it! It's easy to use and makes the perfect coffee drink. You can customize any drink (latte, cappuccino, americano, espresso, etc.) for up to six different profiles, so your drink is perfect every time. I wish I'd bought this sooner!

Easy to use, easy to clean

The latest model has several improvements for customizing by user, and the stainless insulated milk frogged huge improvement from the previous models cheap plastic. We use it all the time and it performs as well as other brands twice the price.

Good thought that lacks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just had this installed in a kitchen renovation. The pros are it makes good coffee and it is fairly easy. The cons: From the moment of install it was leaking from the water reservoir to the machine. Thankfully we found this problem quickly because it would fill the overflow tray and run down the front of the cabinets. I did call this in under warranty and it was corrected within a week. I do wish the water reservoir were larger as we have to refill it often. I also wish there was an option to connect it permanently to a water supply line in addition to the water reservoir. Lastly, I wish the coffee bean compartment were larger and held more coffee beans.

Good but inconsistent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like the machine and what it can do, but here are the complaints of what I wished worked better:
-The foamer for making specialty milk drinks does not work as well as it used to, clean it consistently but does not foam as well anymore - making cappuccinos is why I wanted this.
-The machine has to rinse water when turning on and off which you learn to catch in a cup instead of letting it go to the drip tray, but the coffee maker leaks a little bit of water each time so eventually the drip tray becomes wet anyway and mold can develop in there...
I don't mind adding water and beans / emptying grounds but the issues above take away from what otherwise is a nice machine

I miss my new coffee maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got the coffee maker about a month ago after waiting 6 months and since it was installed it continually leaks water into the front tray and overflows. After discussing this with JennAir, they could not replace because it would take another 6 months. They had a repair man come and he removed the coffee maker and it has been two weeks since he took it and still no sign of them bringing it back.

Cons: Hard To Use, Leaks
