Last year I had finally saved up enough money to get myself a gaming computer but I didn't have much space so I decided I would be getting a laptop instead of a PC. Needless to say it was a terrible decision. After playing any game for a couple minutes, even if it was a low graphics game, the laptop would heat up to what I consider extreme levels. At first I did my research and everyone said it was a normal thing with this model, however even with the fans on Turbo mode (which comes to be rather annoying after a while since it sounds as if a plane was about to take flight) it still did not help the temperature much. Then finally, around a month or two after it's first year it started to have charging problems, and even though at first it could be fixed by moving the cable around, a month ago it failed completely. When I took it to the repair center, turns out that not only did the high temperature damaged the port, it also burned one chip or something.
So even after all the care I put into it, right now it is dead. So I am upset and disappointed with how horrible the experience turned out to be even after spending all that money for what I believed would be an amazing device.

Best lap top I ever owned. I have had: multiple Dells, Lenovo, and an HP in the past. Each time, they would start to fail me after about 2 years.( After the warranty expires). I got this ASUS in 2019, and it is still going strong!! Best brand to date for me. I will be replacing it with an updated model in 2023, not that it needs replacement!
I would recommend this to a friend!
