Just used my Brio for the first time today. It more than lived up to the hype. I used it to air fry my marinated chicken thighs. They came out brilliantly the skin was nice and crisp and the insides were tender and moist. I would recommend this product to any one that asks.

The Brio is a mini-oven-broiler-air fryer. Great for one or two persons. Can take a while initially to learn how to get French fries to come out perfect- to your liking. Dont have to mess with quarts of hot oil - a definite plus. It is useful for air-frying-baking-broiling a number of different foods and I find it to be a convenience. I like my NuWave products.

I absolutely LOVE my nuwave Brio. I am a stickler for being able to prepare and cook healthy foods for my family. My first nuwave purchase was my nuwave pic. Next I bought my nuwave oven an love cooking a roast chicken for a nice family meal. Now I fry everything in my nuwave brio and I dont have to feel guilty cor serving my family butterfly shrimp onion rings and sweet potato fries I have to say I am a thorough nuwave fan.

I am in love again. I cant get enough. I want a cookbook with the Nuwave Brio Digital Air Fryer recipes but cant find anything but for the bigger ones. Can you send me one Not the ones that came with my Brio and pans. I mean a cookbook. I want to play but need some newer ideas. Great piece of equipment and love it. Thanks HELP ME COOK MORE Send me a Nuwave Oven and then I can find lots of cookbooks.

I love my Nuwave use it every night meat comes out so juicy not dry. I even made my Sunday meatballs in it. I would post pics of what I cooked on facebook and brag about how delicious it was a couple of my friends actually went out and buy one....I highly recommend it you will not be disappointed

I really do enjoy my Nuwave Brio Its GREAT for frozen French fries and hot dogs. The weiners have a great flavor. I have also used it for toast fried catfish burgers eggs bacon etc. OMG my eggs were so so good It is easy to clean. The only things I dont like about it is having to wait 10 minutes for it to heat to 390 degrees. I do have some nicks in the bottom of the main pan too. Other than that I highly recommend it

Between our Nuwave Pro Plus and the Brio i dont hardly use my stove nor do use the deep fat dryer anymore. The food is always hot and delicious.
