I am getting used to it . I am still learning to do it right and everything tomorrow . But I do like it and I will probably like it better down the road the more I get familiar with it.

love the oven glass door on the Brio. Great for use on our tugboat. Even better ar the air fried chicken wings. GREAT

Bought my Brio last week. It does frozen French fries very well but had a problem with battered fish sticking to the basket. I sprayed with Conola before preheating. Any suggestions

The Nuwave Brio is great. It cooks evenly. Meats are tender and not dry. A much healthier alternative.

I have used my 3 qt Nu Wave Brio just about every night since I got it and LOVE it. My husband is a french fry addict and is is quite happy with the way they come out nice and crispy with out ANY oil. So far everything I have tried cooking in it turns out great. Its faster than the oven and little to no oil.

Am so loving my new Nuwave Brio Also own 2 Nuwave ovens and 2 Nuwave induction cooktops. I havent used a stove at all in 2 years. Brio is awesome as are the other products. So easy to clean up and half the time to cook. Food tastes better than cooked the old conventional ways. Im a Nuwaver for life.

I bought the 10 quart new wave Brio. I would not recommend this . They dont carry accessories for the 10 quart . And this is definitely not non-stick. Absolutely terrible quality. Nowadays are so many great nonstick products for cooking this is clearly not one of them.
