I loved my air fryer until the basket warped. They quickly answered my email and requested pictures. I sent pictures and have not heard a word since. I sent three additional emails but nothing. I liked the product enough to talk my sister into buying one too but service is very poor. I even asked if I could buy a new basket but silence. I would have appreciated as least the curtesy of a sorry. I am throwing mine away as it is just taking up counter space.

I love my NuWave There isnt anything we havent tried. Our all time favorite are Buffalo wings.

I have cooked fried chicken breast and fried fish filets in my 6 at. Brio. So far I am very happy with it. The food came out crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

I absolutely love my new 6qt brio its fast healthier I eat a lot of chicken it comes out amazing every time along with steak for my hubby I hardly use my oven anymore I am purchasing one for my daughter so glad I woke up at 3am and saw the commercial lol thanks to NuWave I do a lot more cooking and not ordering out. Love it
