How do I fry chicken and how much oil do I put in my brio. Do I use flour my cookbook does not mention it.

We have had the Brio for about 5 days now and for the most part it works well. The meat comes out tender and juicy and the unit does not give off a lot of cooking smoke. The only cooking issue we had was when we tried to cook sweet potato fries they did not cook evenly or completely. There must be some trick to getting them to come out just right. Highly recommend it though most everything else comes out pretty tasty.

Your company hooked me with the oven and then caught me for good with the PIC. I love my 6 quart Brio Being able to adjust the times and temperatures is very helpful. I was floored when a frozen pizza cooked to brown and deliciously crispy in 5 minutes This product introduced me to silicone accessories for cooking. I had never worked with silicone but now Im a huge fan. When I was placing my order I wish the 8 quart or higher had been available. However the 6 quart is a perfect starter model. If youre someone who has to research and read comments ratings before you finally make your purchase...STOP READING Your new Nuwave Brio is not going to buy itself This is the one you want. Get the biggest one you can and fill it up with treats you will be enjoying minutes later hot crispy deep fried goodness. No more bottles of cooking oil to carry home from the store. Nuwave keeps outdoing itself. I cant wait to see what they come up with next

Cooks well but I hate the way the controls are set up.Why not have separate buttons for time and temp instead of combining them Make it difficult and confusing to program. Very frustrating. Make it simple like an oven on a range with separate buttons which dont require some kind of programming sequence.

This is my second Nuwave product.I have also purchased the oven.I also have a second air fryer which is smaller and a different brand. I have only had this unit a few days and used it several times.It worked very well and performed perfectly. My only complaint is is is a bit noisy.

Im a naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist. Between both professions nutrition is a major focus. I counsel my patients extensively about finding healthier alternatives to things they love and use. One of the biggest issues Ive encountered is getting folks in SE North Carolina to give up their fried foods. They suffer with hypertension gout and arthritis but refuse to let go of unhealthy foods/cooking methods. On my Facebook health blog Health Is Wealth I post about these healthier alternatives. I purchased an air fryer so I could demonstrate how much healthier it is in lieu of traditional frying methods. I deal with a culturally diverse family patient population and social media audience. They love my honest reviews of products. Today I posted about how to make Caribbean Jerk Chicken using only olive oil spray seasoning and the air fryer. It was a success. I wish I could upload the photos. This product works exactly as described. The Brio air fryer can look intimidating to use but its quite simple. I do have to play with the cook times since I cook far more than what is listed in the manual they provide. It creates the best pizzas......nice soft crusts and well cooked toppings. I made BBQ and air fried chicken and pork chops. Ive prepared sausage Caribbean pate vegetables and then some in it. Ive had no malfunctions the past 6 weeks since using this product. Cleanup is easy. If I could make a recommendation it would be to add a tiered cooking rack so you can cook on 2 wire rack layers instead of having to place items on the bottom of the cook pot. This was a great investment and is truly doctor approved.
