I bought one of these too mainly out of sheer curiosity and now I dont want french fries any other way when I crave them. No deep frying needed to get the flavor and texture i crave. This thing works. I know it can do other things but taking ordinary frozen fries and making them perfect with just a brush of oil is the best thing so far. I will experiment with using the rotisserie to make a rolled roast and Ill let you know how it goes. i recommend this appliance. Buy with confidence if you like the texture of fried food but would enjoy it even more by cutting down on oil use.

This was my first Nuwave brio 6qt air fryer and we love it the meat comes out just perfect and the Grandkids love the french fries so this was a great choice.

Needed to replace my NuWave Oven that I had used often for over 5 years. I had replaced the dome once and this one is now very cracked and the element is pretty dirty. That was my only complaint that it is difficult to keep the heating element clean. I loved how I could cook chicken pieces steaks pork chops fish from frozen and how the grease from bacon just dripped off. Decided to try the Brio 3 quart since there is only two of us to cook for. Cooked bacon using the rack to put in two layers. Then cooked frozen hash browns. Both came out great Looking forward to using it often.

The machine works as advertised. Cooks great but you have to watch your cooking times as they vary from what the menu guide states. Our Nu Wave cooks items faster than the guide suggests As someone who has to watch their carb intake and aslo watch how things are cooked this machine is GREAT No oil very little fat and the items come out crunchy

We got our 10 QT Brio for Christmas and have used it every night. It is phenomenal. Easy to use easy to clean and the food is amazing. Highly recommend this. Our first recipe was the Apple Glazed Pork Loin and loved it Next we tried the Butter Infused Chicken so good and juicy. Now we are making Grilled Ham Cheese. The hard part is deciding which recipe to try next.
