This morning I warmed 2 pieces of breaded chicken tenders from a local pub that makes great tenders. They were just as crispy and good as the night before when I had them. When I went to wash the fryer pan I noticed about 1 teaspoon of oil in the bottom of the pan from just 2 tenders. I realized how much oil is in them when purchased. I probably will not make my own tenders but I can save calories when warming them.

I have purchased three. Gave each of kids one and the one I kept I use all the time here in Fl I am a snow bird I absolutely love cooking with it but now the last two plastic buttons have broken up and fallen off. I still use it but have to stick a wooden pencil in holes to operate it where can I get it fixed Cheers Jim

No problems with my Brio. I will say that the little recipe book that came with the accessory set had so many errors in it that a lot of the recipes are useless.
