Very pleased. I was able to cook Scrapple and it turned out perfect Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Just received the 3 QT. the other day so I am experimenting with different recipes. I tried the Chicken Kiev and it was delicious

It says on the box that I can broil with my Nuwave Brio 6 qt. Air Fryer. However there are absolutely no instructions as to how to do this. The owners manual leaves a lot to be desired. Could someone please tell me how to broil with my air fryer. Also is there a better cookbook available that gives more examples of what this machine can do with the recipes.

The Brio is great but after I purchased it a offer came for the larger one with the racks and rotisserie but cant use both .

I had in my mind an induction stove but instead i bought a newave brio and what a great choice nuwave is easy to use and food is more healthy so we end up using the nuwave every day
