I just bought the Nuwave Brio 10 qt. and I am very disappointed because Ive had it less then a month and used it only 3 times and now it wont work. The problem is that the OPEN indicator on the LED stays OPEN indicating that the lid is still open. I have tried opening and closing the lid several times and it still says OPEN and the air fryer will not work anymore. Ive heard that other people have other problems with the air fryer. Buyer BEWARE...

I enjoyed using my brio until I broke the handle.just called up and got a replacement and now Im back to enjoying the great food from my Brio..Planning on getting some of the other attachments for burgers and other great things..

We brought the 3 qt for healthier way of frying fish fries and other foods w/o grease. We have been pleased so far even cooked pork chops on the grill pan and they turned out very good and so did crescent rolls. Cost was reasonable except we didnt realize the accessories would cost so much. I would recommend to friends.

I have used my new Nuwave Brio two times so far. I am still getting used to pre heating and pre spraying. I have condensed all the various recipe settings and have made my own recipe guideline chart. I am just getting started but intend to start slowly and experiment then go gang busters. I cant wait and I have several family members who are looking forward to it.

Very unhappy with this product Ive used it maybe not even 20 times and the bottom is peeling so bad I can no longer use it. Ive had this just shy of a year. The last time I used it my smoke alarms went off.
