[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been looking for a way to fry chicken since I don't have a dutch oven and make great tasting french fries (baking fries in the oven just doesn't taste good) and my new Brio is the perfect solution! It's so easy to use and it holds so much food (mine is 6 quarts). I feel it's a more healthy and less messy alternative to pan frying too. My chicken and french fries turned out delicious! And, there's so many other recipes for me to try out. I'm feeling really creative in the kitchen and have been finding many other dinner items to try out for my family. My next ideas are rotisserie chicken, onion rings, and fish. With this being so easy to use and clean, it's a great appliance to have in my kitchen. This is my new favorite way to cook!

Fast heat up and cooks evenly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After buying my kids an air fryer last year and hearing how much they like theirs I bought the Brio 3 Quart fryer. I choose the 3 quarts since it the right size for 2 to 3 people. What I liked about this fryer is has a cooking range of 100-400 degrees and it allows me to make small adjustments in temperature in 5-degree increments. This fryer does more than just fry it broils, roasts, grills, bakes, dehydrates and can use be used to reheat food. The fryer heats up fast, but I am sure that is because of the 1300 watts. I cooked bacon in 8 minutes, 2 big chicken breasts in about 25 minutes, French fries, pizza rolls and so much more. The first time I used the fryer I lightly oiled the basket and I had no trouble with cleaning. I only hand-wash mine and after a dozen or so uses the basket looks like new. The fryer comes with a recipe book, cooking chamber, metal basket and a cooking club app. I also like that it comes with a 1-year warranty.

I never knew I needed an air fryer until now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air fryer is awesome! You can cook any frozen food and it will taste way better than the microwave and take way less time than the oven. It will leave your food crispy and delicious. Great for mozzarella srickssticks, pizza bites, etc. You can also cook non frozen food, like bacon, and it's healthier since it doesn't sit in all the bacon fat or need oil. Yesterday I made my own potato chips... Still working on my technique, but a lot of fun to experiment!

Tasty Wings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting some chicken wings but detest the smell that is left behind when deep frying. I just received the NuWave - 3 Qt Brio so I decided to make some wings. The wings came out nice and crispy, leaving behind some of the chicken fat that the deep fryer would have added to. The amount of wings that I made at one time was good with the roomy basket. The kitchen did not have that heavy deep fryer smell though there was the odor of fried food that quickly cleared the air. With this air fryer, I will be making wings more often along with other foods that I have avoided making. Great addition to my kitchen.

I have been able to replace a number of appliances that have been cluttering up my kitchen. I especially love the temperature probe that takes the guess work out of roasting meats.

Easy to use

It holds alot more than most do and the probe makes it super easy to check when the meat is cooked thoroughly. It's great that I can fry an entire chicken without having to cut it apart.
