helps my posture!

My back aches have stopped since I started using this chair. I used to hunch over my laptop table. Now I keep a straight back thanks to this chair. My only negative comment is that I had difficulty getting the castor feet attached to the chair. I had to ask a friend who lifts weights to help. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
