[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have too be honest. If the warranty place would have been open this would have been shipped back. Like other reviews stated you sometimes need to play with locking the cup and the lid. The safety feature is cumbersome and was driving me crazy. Once we got it too work it seems easier now, but wasted almost an hour getting to that point. Not sure if I would but on the low end again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this before Valentine's Day as I was having a party and needed a chopper that could hold more than my current 1.5 cup chopper as well as allow infusion while it was running (also not possible with my older one). This fit the bill perfectly. - almost. Still haven't figured out how to make it run continuously without having to have my finger on the lid. Maybe it just doesn't work that way although it makes measuring and adding ingredients impossible without the use of both hands. Pre-measuring is the key, I guess. Otherwise, great performance. The chopping speed actually chops without making everything into mush - so nice for tomatoes! The self-storing cord makes stowing nice and tidy. I thought it was a bit expensive for a 2 speed. Great little worker!

Good machine does a good job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item is quite good at what it does. The settings are easy to use and the placement of the knives makes the result uniform and quick. But removing the lid from the choppers container has a small piece of brittle plastic that locks it in place. It broke off the first time we tried removing the lid. Something stronger (metal?) to have it last longer would be helpful. That is the only fault we could find.
