I received this as a gift and was stunned as to how beautiful it looks. I've had many compliments on it from family and friends. I've always enjoyed baking etc but using this mixer makes it even more pleasurable.

This is my second kitchenaid mixer, unfortunately my last one fell off the work bench ( totally my fault ) walked away from it while it was working hard kneading bread ×3 batches ( note never to do this again )
My new one is a total beauty! I'm so happy with it! It's just as capable of the same as my last and didnt expect anything different. It's just looks so pretty and whipping, creaming and kneading is a breeze couldnt love without it 4 days was long enough. Ps thanks for the fast delivery even all the way to Darwin in just a few days

Love my new Queen of Hearts mixer. Beautiful colour and most importantly a strong machine. Only thing I found disappointing is that it doesn't come with an extra bowl so I had to buy a smaller one. Looks great on my benchtop.

My daughter purchased this for me as a gift. On opening we found a yellow liquid (? Oil) had been leaking from around the planetary and lower gear casing. There is an oil type stain on the carton and polystyrene packaging and after cleaning up the oil a yellow type stain on the power cord plug. The position of the oil stain on the box and packaging indicates that the box may have been on it’s side during transport or storage prior to delivery. I have not been able to use the product that I have now had for over 2 weeks as I am concerned that I could damage the motor or gears if there is not enough oil left in the machine. My daughter has logged a claim and is waiting to hear back from the place of purchase. I am getting frustrated. I was so excited about receiving the appliance that has been on my wish list for so long and now I finally have it I cannot use it. I am therefore unable to complete this review as requested.

I was very excited to receive my childhood dream of purchasing a kitchen aid. I was however disappointed with my package. One of the attachments had a chip out of it. The label on the top that wraps around machine was also scratched.
The inside was wet as if it had sweated or had something spilt. The polystyrene had imprinted onto the machine due to the moisture.
I wouldn’t have expected this when the purchase amount was quite large.

I am very happy with my purchase. This is my first Kitchenaid stand mixer and I wasn’t sure of its capabilities before I bought it. It now mixes all my doughs and I use it once every week for cakes or pastries. Love this machine.
