My first Kitchen Stand Mixer

Have been trying it to make Chinese desserts with taro, all kinds of yam and tapioca powder. Was an enormous success with yam, so easy with great result. Still need to figure out when to use the dough hook and when the flex edge beater to get work done. Having said that, I absolutely love my new toy and my red mixer is an attractive addition to my all white kitchen!
