I always buy the one that encases the phone as I have dogs and horses so often the phone takes a dive!! I only realised when I was showing my last phone to a friend just how many dings were on the corners!! I have got my S10 now, and although you lose the feel of the "naked" phone, you don't lose the screen, etc! I love mine and wouldn't even consider any other make!

After paying for a broken screen repair I bought this case. I had a cheap wallet case on when it broke. This case so well made and I love the magnetic wallet cover. You can flip it around the back and the magnet holds the cover behind the phone if you're using it for awhile. I'll always invest in otterbox cases now that I've seen the quality. The sides come up enough and the front cover stays in place so I not worried about the S10s curves being exposed. My husband got the same one after seeing mine.

This is my second purchase of this model of Otterbox. The one I bought two years ago had very nice leather, and it smelled like leather. This one appears, feels and smells like plastic. I know they have a plastic version that is less expensive. I paid a lot more for this model and sorry I did. The quality of the workmanship and materials have diminished since my previous purchase. Really disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

S10 strada case. well (but not perfect) made - protects screen all right but it doesn't lay flat on screen - there is a gap no LHS - small debris can get trapped there and scratch screen. also not sure if S10 has a hall sensor built in screen for smart cover but if it has then strada is not compatybile. (on my old phone case screen will unlock itself when lid open and will lock itself when closed).
