I really like the durability of the Otterbox cases. I've already dropped my new phone 5 times and thanks to the case there's nothing wrong with my phone. I would give it 5 stars if they had more and nicer designs that were a little more feminine. I found 1 that I liked and purchased that it but really wished they had more options.

Bought this for my Samsung s10 and there are scratches all over the case already within a couple hours of use. Shouldn't cost so much. Not worth it. Buy something else. Waste of money.

We're so sorry to hear that after only a couple of hours in the line of duty, this Galaxy S10 case started to accumulate some scars! Our cases are not necessarily designed to be indestructible so much as they are intended to absorb the brunt of any impacts that might otherwise jeopardize your phone, so sometimes the case exterior can retain some slight damage over time. That being said, we don't typically see our cases receive battle wounds so quickly, and our Otter troops would love to give this another shot with a resistant new warranty replacement. The color selection for this case is severely limited. In a competitive landscape, limiting the color selection to not even match the color of the phones offered is a poor product offering choice. At the time of launch the phone came in white, black, and navy. Can you please make an all navy case to match the color of the phone? If Otterbox makes this case in navy I will definitely buy it again.
