Beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My vintage light fixtures LOVE these vintage looking bulbs, Same brightness of a "normal" bulb husband says it's better! His den looks like an old timey music dance Hall and the lights fit in so perfectly. Its like stepping back in time. Only brighter!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These bulbs are perfect for small bedside lamps for any room . I love the color and how it lights my room up. Not too bright. Just the right amount of lighting. I would definitely reccomend these bulbs.

Beautiful Ambiance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the look of a filament bulb in our house, but this is out first time using GE Amber 40 watt bulbs. I used them in the foyer and they cast such a beautiful glow in that part of the house. The overall appearance is so inviting and these can be used by themselves with no cover. I plan to buy more to make a light fixture using just these. GE has a great reputation and their bulbs always stand the test of time.

The Icing on the cake!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just replaced my refrigerator and these vintage Aline bulbs by GE are the perfect accent to my fan fixture. I love the ambient glow- it is soft but I can still see what I am doing as I prepare food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best light I ever used. It's not bright that it hurts eyes. Enough light in home . Love the antique look too. Its BEAUTIFUL. This light makes my home look BEAUTIFUL just amazing. I'll be putting these in every room now for sure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE these vintage lights and want a whole house filled with them!! There's just something about this style that is eye-catching. The light it gives off is bright enough to read by, but not offensive to my eyes. I love the soft amber glow to them. I've allowed my bf to take one out into the studio, which has a more industrial feel to it, and he's stolen an antique lamp I am in the process of renewing. He says it gives the studio an awesome effect. Overall, I highly recommend these super cool light bulbs - you'll want to take the shades off all your lamps so you can see them better!

Nice looking vintage bulb

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice looking vintage LED bulb. The amber glass gives it a really nice yellowish aged look. Of course the LED's show this isn't an "old fashioned" bulb, but once it is on, it is truly hard to tell it isn't an incandescent. I really like that it uses a fraction of the energy of an incandescent bulb though. The only problem I find with this bulb is that it requires a special compatible dimmer. I tried using it on a standard dimmer that works for my incandescent bulbs and it had a really bad flicker if it wasn't on full power. So as long as you make sure the dimmer switch you are using is compatible, it should eliminate this problem. On full brightness, it is so bright that you lose the ambiance of the faint-glowing individual strands of light that make vintage bulbs so charming, so it is best admired on a dimmed setting.
