Just wish I could see the buttons…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the look of our range hood and the fan has a reasonable noise level, a huge improvement over our last one for sure! My only complaint is that the buttons are not lit, so if the kitchen is dim (ie: first thing in the morning) and you want the range light on, it is very hard to figure out where to push. One other bit of feedback is that the buttons seem to require several touches before they activate. Could be my fingers but it’s consistent regardless of my body temp (not just of hands are cold)…it is a lovely unit overall!

Quiet hood

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got our new hood a month ago and love how quiet it is. The two bright lights at the front are great when cooking and the single dimmer light at the back sets a nice mood when cooking is done.

Good fan as advertised.

WE have had this 30 inch wall mount canapy hood for a year now, and it works very well as advertised.
The only problem we find most difficult with this unit is the control panel. If there is not a light on in the kitchen you cant see the control panel to see what function to use.
We have a lot of windows in our home that let in natural light, but still are unable to see the panel..
Would be great if the display was able to illuminate by tapping the range hood or have the function display easier to see when wamting to choose a function..
Even in the evening, a person may want to choose the light function on the fan unit, a person has to turn on the kitchen lights to make this selection.
Not a great design and should be adressed.

had this fan for 6 years, internal flapper broke and damaged the motor beyond repair. Unbelievable for the price.
