I bought it and the 1st battery started showing a problem within two weeks. Very sad. I did call customer support and they did send additional replacements at no cost. Midland does get 5 stars for customer support. I would have given 4 if the battery would have lasted longer. Hopefully my replacements last way longer. I'm afraid they're going to behave the same way. We'll see.
