products work as expected, though sometimes voices don't come through as clear as you'd like. also, these are not compatible with all midland products. it would be nice to have universal plug to use with other radios.

Can’t say enough about Midland’s MB400 radios and the BizTalk MA3 Speaker Mic. They both go hand in hand. I got a set because I got tired of yelling up to the roof for my crew lead. I’m a foreman at a solar company so it wasn’t professional yelling back and forth at each other when my guys on the roof needed something. Radio clipped on my belt and the speaker mic clipped on my shirt for easy access when I’m radio to. Worth the money and great product. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to pick these up.
