Okay purchase

The chair is alright. We bought it because it was the only high chair available in the store with a washable seat cover. The seat cover is a little ugly. The good things are you can remove the seat from the chair and use it as a booster seat. This came in very handy for us as we went to a restaurant and they did not have a high chair. I love the 5 point restraining system and its ease of use. Chair is easy to move around. The negatives are the insert tray warped after placing in dishwasher for the first time! The foot rest does not go up high enough to support my 7 months old feet so they just dangle and she is pretty tall for her age.

Not easy to use

The product is bulky and hard to move around. Collapsing or setting up the highchair is nearly impossible if you are short. There is also no place to store the the tray when the highchair is folded up.

Wouldn’t buy it again

Who makes a high chair for children with a cloth cover that you cannot machine wash. Washing it the way they recommend is impossible if you actually have a child. And if you do machine was the cover it falls apart and there is no replacement for the cover. Never buying a track high chair again. At least with Chicco you can replace the cover if it’s the only thing messed up.but not with grace.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works fine. But can you please make prettier covers with some basic solids maybe and a wide range of color options? My family likes to buy your products since you all seem to be everywhere and, although I'm thankful, I don't want to look at this print for years :/ How do I just change the cover? Can't find the replacement parts and tried entering numbers to get it but I wonder if you even make any others to help keep our pretty aqua theme going. I wouldn't buy this myself because I like things that work nicely and that are pretty to look at but free is nice and welcomed so we will use it and I don't want to say anything to my family about the cover but I'll be looking for how to change it.

This high chair is horrible. The tray never snaps on correctly. I put my baby in and seconds later it snaps on its own and makes a loud noise, that scares my baby. Also taking the tray on and off is impossible with one hand, setting it down is so difficult because its not flat and has this huge hump on the bottom. I set it on the table while I put my baby in and it slides and falls off so much. Last thing the tray is way too big, hard to clean and the removable washable topper to the tray doesnt even fit in my regular sized dishwasher. Why advertise this tray as dishwasher safe if it won’t fit a standard dish washer. Get something else! Also like the other reviews your baby wont be sitting upright. Biggest regret buying this.

Safety is a HUGE concern with this chair.

I really wanted to love this product however, I unfortunately can't say that I do. There are quite a few design flaws with this model. Let's run down the list of what I don't like about this unit.
1: the straps are designed to be removable so that you can use the highchair with or without them. My main concern is that the straps are NOT very secure in the fabric (even for a removable style) the whole you insert it into is way to large foe the strap that the straps come out way to easy. For example while trying to buckle my baby in they will come out. This creates a fall HAZARD. My child fell out of this chair because the straps came undone while I was setting the tray on the counter. Do NOT use this unit without the tray and rely on the straps to secure your child. (Will include photos)
2. The tray is hard to remove with one hand.
3. The wheels on the front only make moving the unit hard as there are no real handles anywhere to physically move it, so I often feel like I'm going to break if while moving, especially if my baby is in it.

What I do like:
It's gender neutral and how easy the cover is to wash....when you can get it off as the fabric tabs to secure it to the base are in the tiniest of crevice and are really hard to remove unlike the straps.

Next to impossible to assemble.

This highchair was given to us and it came unassembled. The directions are impossible to follow, the parts don't line up, and the whole high chair is flimsy.
I would not recommend this high chair to anyone - it is not worth your time and money.

This chair is not that great. For starters - why is there always a ton of stickers on the removable table? This has been such a headache to try to remove - and to be honest I would like a new one sent to me. We are still trying to scrape the stickers off without scraping this all up. The table also does not slide onto the chair very easily, you really need to shove it, it does not line up well either. It is lightweight, and does not take up too much space in our small kitchen. The clasps are easy to attach, but sometimes hard to release, especially when you have a baby covered in messy food. The main cover is plastic like, and does wash off easily, but in the summertime my baby will most likely become too sweaty in it. the other cover, the "botany" print is not the same materiel and seems like it would stain quite easily. We have removed this.
All in all, not happy with this item that I registered for.
