One key assembly problem

The instructions for putting the pins that secure the chair back to the seat are inadequate. I cannot find a way to get the pins inserted. Without those pins inserted the chair is unsafe and should not be used. I’ve looked at videos from Graco which describe everything but that critical step. Without better instructions for this critical step I cannot recommend this product which is a shame as otherwise it looks like a good product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Once built it is the best

After assembly, this high chair is as good or better than any we’ve seen.
I had a little trouble with some pins that needed to be inserted for which a video would be very useful. But the high chair still deserves Five Stars.

Excellent Chair but.......

Very easy to put together, very hard to get seat pad off to wash. My thumb is shot from trying to pull the two black webbing straps back through the slots in the seating area. I gave up! My husband took a screwdriver to it, and widened the slots so that they could pass back through easily to remove it for washing. Design flaw. I would recommend widening the slot BEFORE putting the webbing through, otherwise you'll never be able to remove it, unless you do what my husband did. NOTE: Waist straps and harness straps were not a problem.

Great highchair

I've used this for 2 of our children and it's very dependable. The cover washes up nicely and it still looks new, even after 4 years and heavy, every-day use. My only complaint is that there is only one type of safety harness/strap included. My 14 month old has figured out how to push the button to release the straps, and now he tries to climb out. I would have liked to use it as a booster, but I need something with buckle closures to keep him strapped in.

6 in 1 Highchair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited when I learned I was getting this highchair to try out! I love that it can convert 6 different ways! We were able to try out various position, but mostly stage 2, a typical highchair. I loved that my son could use the booster stage on a chair and my middle daughter could use the highchair booster next to the table.
The only thing I didn't like was the shoulder straps just fall off when you unbuckle your child. I wish they buttoned on, or the straps were bigger so they does not happen.
I also loved how the chair folded up for storage, it is still bulky, but it is a highchair and that is a little expected. It still folded up nicely so it could be put away.
