Replacement parts UNAVAILABLE

I purchased this high chair 5 years ago, and I love its features and the how it "grows" with your child. However, I have a new baby on the way, and I want to get a replacement part for the UNFORTUNATE non-washable seat cover which has been worn out/torn from the everyday use of this chair. The cover has completely been worn away and is in no condition to seat my newborn because the leather-textured fabric has broken down around the openings for the harness system. I cannot find a replacement seat cover to purchase - even using the Graco replacement parts search. This is very, very frustrating, as I don't need a whole new chair, just a new seat cover.

Difficult to find replacement parts

The highchair is great - we are currently using it with our second child, however, replacement parts are impossible to find. Our original cushion is damaged, and Graco does not offer replacement parts through their site. Disappointing, as we love the chair, but would not recommend if you are planning to use for more than one child.

Okay Highchair

We purchased this highchair for my daughter. I like the fact that it is stable and does not tip over or upset even when she stands on the bottom support rail. The trays clean easily, but they do not fit in my dishwasher! The material on the seat is not 100% smooth, so you have to scrub to get food off of it sometimes. My daughter has figured out how to unclip the plastic clips on the sides holding the cushion down and throws food between the seat and the cushion-making a large mess. I rated a 3 due to "clean-ability". Food gets stuck in the straps, buckle, and doesn't wipe easily. Maybe this is a common problem with all high chairs. We have only had a wood one before this.

Affordable chair, average performance

I spent HOURS researching high chairs. I think the ideal high chair is easy to clean, parts machine washable, adjustable to multiple levels, comfortable for baby, 5-pt harness, foot rest and folds away for storage.
This chair is adjustable to multiple levels, has the harness and the foot rest and is comfortable for baby, Most parts are machine washable though I don’t think it’s easy to clean. I think as far as the adjustable heights Graco needs to design it so that it can be taller and moms don’t have to bend I over as much to put the baby in the chair (we already spend too much time bending our back with the babies).
I chose this chair because ultimately it has most of the features I wanted at a reasonable price.

The hight chair cover is terrible

Do not buy it. The cover is cheaper made and they do not sell covers.

Do not buy!

Seat pad easy to rip! Our high chair is gently used. I’ve been waiting for replacement part since last year that up to now is not available! It’s ridiculous! I was misled that they’ll send it to me for free for warranty but the second time I called I was informed that it won’t be free. Will never buy and recommend Graco product again!!

Great product except...

My wife and I bought this with our first child in 2017 and its been a great product works great its been through 2 kids but now with our 3rd child the seats just worn and falling apart and to be honest its ok, its been used alot. We bought it back in 2017. It just makes me aggravated that I cant get a replacement for it.

Great . . . BUT . . . Could be dangerous

This high chair is a good chair except for one thing that might overtime prove to be dangerous to a boy child. We have a 1-year-old. When sitting him in the chair properly, there is a piece that pushes against his groin hard. I am afraid that this could possibly cause genital problems in the future such as sterilization are other issues. This piece should be adjustable, especially since all babies are different in size. Our son is slender. So, there should be no problem . . . but there is with this chair. I hate for this to become something unpleasant for us or for the company.
