You will get no support

How can you support a company that provide no support for their products? They supply a easily breakable seat cushion, and offer no replacement cushion at the same time. I cannot support a company with such business practices.

Great Chair- but the seat isn’t doing so well.

I love the chair. Having the three tables makes handling my kiddos mess easy. My only problem is the chair cover is not holding up. We wash it. It needs it. But the plastic parts that hold it on the chair are bend and don’t work any more. I am trying to find a replacement cover but I am getting no where.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great except for vinyl seat

This high chair is wonderful, but the vinyl seat is not machine washable. The vinyl is cracking. When I tried to buy a replacement, the side requires the model number and date of manufacture. It won't take the date listed and says that no replacement parts are available.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Safety concern and poor material

Legs came loose just by moving chair over small for transition step (half an inch maybe). Always make sure legs are secure. My child fell with the top half of chair 1 week after realizing it came loose. Material on cushion ripped. No reply from Graco for replacement.

Cushion wearing out

The function of this high chair is great. Unfortunately the cover has failed with our minimal use.
Hopefully Graco can stand by their products and send a replacement.

Replacement parts

I invested in this chair with my first son a year ago and about to have another baby. I need replacement straps, the black and white striped cushion part, along with the white leather part. Because this chair was expensive I did not think I was going to have to replace parts like this. Does Graco send out replacement parts as warranty if you are unhappy about it?

Replacement Cover - Why don’t you sell one?

It’s a high-chair, and it’s going to get messy. Why can’t I purchase a second/third chair cover, mat and cushion so that it can be cycled through, and properly washed?

Not practical

Would be better if the fabric was actually durable. My baby is 10 months and it’s trashed so basically 4 months of use. Despite taking really good care of it, it is an eyesore. Already looking to buy something different. Would be a great product if could stand up to its intended use.
