Replacement part selection stinks!

I absolutely LOVE this high chair. I bought it 7 years ago for my son, but now I need new parts to use it for my daughter and the parts I need I cant find. I always put the insert in the dishwasher like it says you can but now it is all cracked. I need a new one but it is not offered. I also need new straps because mine have somehow come up missing. Very disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this high chair few weeks ago and love it! So many ways to adjust it and you can roll it around the house. 4 stars only because I expected a basket with it how it shown on the picture but apparently you have to buy it separate.

Great product!

I love how versatile this highchair is. The wheels make it great in the infant stage to move them along while you are tidying up or getting stuff done. I just wish they moved in all directions. I like the fact that I don’t have to buy a “travel seat” that I can just unhook this and go. The leather part of the pad is not washable but easily wipes clean. The cloth piece goes right in the washer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

4-in-1 Winslet seat pad falling apart

I have a nearly 4 year old 4-in-1 Winslet where the seat pad cushion is crumbling. It's the model 1812898. I am attaching a picture of the model number and manufacture date. It's frustrating not being able to find a replacement seat cushion as I use this with my one year old daily.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I absolutely love these high chairs. They are great and grow with baby. Not sure why people are complaining about washability. I wipe it down after meals and sanitze it. Once a week everything goes in the wash on cold and air dries. Both cushions have lasted years ( one 3 years and the other 2 years but i dried it by mistake) i was able to get a replacement online through customer serivce
I would recommend this to a friend!

Graco highchair

This highchair works great. I love how it holds up. I do however think at this point with so many bad reviews on the cover that something could be done about it. You can't wash it and mine has completely cracked apart. Where can I get a new one without paying for a new highchair? Things like this should be washable for babies.

Good except the seat cover

I have had this and it works well except the seat cover is in shambles. You can't wash it in the washer. The plastic snaps that connect it to the chair are distorted after my son kept pulling them off. Graco doesn't seem to offer a replacement for this which is ridiculous.

Replacement seat cover

I see reviews on here that are 5 years old suggesting replacement seat covers and still Graco hasn’t come up with a solution? I came here looking to buy one since I can’t find them anywhere else. It’s no wonder I can’t since they clearly don’t exist. There is nothing wrong with the chair and it would be a complete waste to buy a new chair just for a seat cover.
